The vineyard: the most part of the grapes come from our main vineyard in Monforte d’Alba, where our main vineyards with Barbera and Nebbiolo are located. They are picked together well before the regular harvest for those varieties specially for rosé.

The varieties: Barbera and Nebbiolo are the queen and the king of the Langhe, the two most popular red varieties in our lands.

The wine: A delicate and elegant wine, a refreshing summer apperitif that could easily go with some light antipasti, but also with red sauce pasta and pizza. Awesome with vitello tonnato!

The name: «carina» in Italian means «lovely», but written with a «K» becomes a girl’s name.
